Having qualified in 1992 from Loughborough University in Sports Science I have pursued a career in health and fitness. I have worked in all aspects of the industry and as a result it has given me a broad view of how people react for and against training. I have obviously a great deal of experience in fitness and training but I also believe in the diversity of people's behaviour to exercise. There is no one solution and therefore I like to approach each client and for that matter each class in its own unique way. I include a thorough pre-activity question and answer segment as well as a full functional assessment of how the client's body reacts to movement. I believe in getting the best out of each session for my clients and there is always a strong element of fun as well as the all important functional component. We progress these both in equal measure and the sessions are always varied.
I recently moved to the south coast back to my home town of Chichester where I am trying to build up my business close to my roots having lived in and around Wimbledon for the last 20 years. I still train my London clients on Mondays. I run classes out of the Chichester Rackets and Fitness Club where I have a lovely bunch of members reaping the benefits of discovering movement and mobility that they didn't even realise was missing whatever their age, size and ability!
"I have known Nikki for almost 10 years now, and have found her to be a highly professional trainer who always combines her energy and enthusiasm and expertise with a sunny nature and personality. She is a great example of a trainer with high ethics and she really cares about her clients and getting them to achieve great results they didn't even believe were possible. I guarantee you will have fun, get motivated and feel better after each session with Nikki. Her qualifications and expertise are only part of the story!"* Darren Bradley - Faster Global Training*
