I have known Ricardo for a while - but only used his service over the last 2 years. I had terrible pains in my back and knees. Ricardo used a combination of sports therapy and massage and fitness training. The fitness training includes a combination of outdoor walking, running core stability training using a swiss gym ball, resistance and weight training. We also added water based sessions in the pool. My back pain is now gone and I feel totally different. I am continuing with my programme and my strength and overall confidence is completely different. Adele Petruzziello
