I established Have a Hart Fitness with one goal in mind - building and supporting happier, healthier people in Eastbourne.

I believe in exercise as a key building block to creating better lives, but I also understand that it can be hard to find the time and motivation. This is why I pride myself on providing a friendly, encouraging and professional service.

Training is bespoke to you, to help you reach your personal goals, with access to my exclusive private gym. As a client you can also join in with the Have a Hart circuit and indoor cycling classes, and benefit from qualified sports massage to help aid with recovery and prevent injury.

I was first introduced to have a hart training sessions at the end of february of this year. I went along with a friend to a circuit class and I have not looked back since.
